    DESCRIPTION

    Polyurethane seamless gasket CNC applying machine for electric enclosures

    Two-component polyurethane foam 3-axis CNC automatic applicator. It is designed for seamless gaskets application in production of FIPG (foamed-in-place polyurethane gasket) electric enclosures, electic cabinets, distribution boxes (db boxes, db cabinets), electric modules, electric fans and the other electric units to achieve IP65 protection rate.

    Machine is made in a form of CNC unit combined with two-component PUR pump station, thermostabilaser unit, specialized adhesive application head with a dynamic mixer.

    The operating area can be submitted in a form of stationary table or automatic coveyor feeding system according to the customer's requirements.

    Machine provides the accurate application, dosing and mixing of two-component polyurethane foam on the preсonfigured application layout using G-code system.
