DESCRIPTION
Glue applying portal SPL-10S with one-component PUR adhesive applicator, which is equipped with an electric drive motor to lift up and down, depending on the height of the stack of the materials, placed on the carriage. Adhesive applicator is equipped with an automatic nozzle shutter tray, which is filled with a plasticizer, in order to prevent reaction PUR adhesive inside of the nozzles.
P-type stationary pneumatic presses is completed with a movable carriage, where the stack of the panels is assembled.
According to the high accuracy of the positioning and automatic control, it is possible to eliminate the loss of the adhesive.
The adhesive is fed by a high precision dosing pump, applying the presicely determined amount of the adhesive (±5g/m2), leveling difference of the adhesive viscosity, allowing to use one-component polyurethane adhesives of any manufacturers without reconfiguring the hardware.
