    DESCRIPTION

    Panel sizing band saw for straight cutting of Jumbo SIPs. 

    Panel sizing band saw is designed for straight cutting of extra large SIPs.

    Saw table can be equipped with different types of conveyors to move the panel in the cutting area. Fixation of panels is performed by a pneumatic pressure beam automatically. Cutting parameters are input in the control panels. They are adjusted automatically.

    Safety:

    - Interlocked perimeter guard around the back of the saw; 

    - Electronic brake motor; 

    - Emergency stops at the edges of the feed-table;

    Cutting band saw is equipped with a dust collection system and can be optionally equipped with Jib Crane for loading and unloading of the panels.
