    DESCRIPTION

    Sandwich panel (SIP) production line with one driven carriages and one P-type pneumatic presses

    Sandwich panel production line SPL-1 is designed to produce many types of sandwich insulated panels SIPs with different skins and core materials. OSB, MGO, MDF, plywood, fiber cement boards or different types of the thin skins, such as steel sheets, PVC sheets, HPL sheets, fiber glass sheets and other plastics with different core materials - EPS, XPS boards, foamed PU or PIR boards, mineral wool and other types of insulation materials can be used. Gluestream SPL-1 line is our bestseller machinery for production of SIPs and PVC sandwich panels.  

    Gluestream SPL-1 consists of:

    - Adhesive applying portal GLUESTREAM SPL-10 S;

    - One P-type pneumatic press with automatic movable carriage;

    - Panel positioning system, forming a right angle when a stack of the panels is assembled;

    - Pump station.

    Standard dimensions of the applying areas are changeable in the range of:

    - width - 1000 - 2000 mm;

    - length - 0 - 4000 mm;

    - height - up to 1600 mm;

    Those parameters are modified according to the individual requests of the customers. Dimensions of the glue applying area could be changed:

    - automatically by length with a step of 1mm;

    - automatically by height with a step of 1mm;

    - automatically by width with a step of 50mm and more;

    Adhesive applicator KAM-PRO series is equipped with two-way pneumatic valves and a special tray, which is filled with a plasticizer to prevent starting of the adhesive reaction inside the nozzles. The shutter tray closes automatically, in case of the power failure or machine stops more than one minute (this option can be adjusted according with the Open Time of the used adhesive). Also, it can be closed in manual way by pressing the appropriate key on the control panel.

    High accuracy of the positioning and automatic control system allow to eliminate the adhesive losses.

    Portal type pneumatic press is equipped with driven carriage where the stack of the panels is assembled. Unloading the panels is performed manually or using a forklift.

    SPL-1 can be additionally equipped with a vacuum lift.

    The adhesive is fed by a high precision dosing pump, applying the precisely determined amount of the adhesive (±5g/m2), leveling difference of the adhesive viscosity and allowing to use 1-component polyurethane adhesives of any manufacturers without reconfiguring the hardware.


    All Gluestream machinery is equipped with a remote access module, providing the customer with 24/7 online internet support.
