DESCRIPTION
Due to the fact, that polyurethane adhesive (1-c PUR) is humidity reactive, the glue feeding and applying systems must be fully hermetic to prevent reaction of the polyurethane inside of the adhesive tract. Adhesive applicator is equipped with an automatic nozzle shutter tray, which is filled with a plasticizer to prevent reaction PUR adhesive inside of the nozzles.
Gluestream SPL-10S consists of:
- Stationary type PUR adhesive applying portal SPL-10S;
- Pump station;
- Control panel with PLC.
According to the high accuracy of the positioning and automatic control, it is possible to eliminate the loss of the adhesive.
The glue is supplied by a high-precision metering pump, applying a precisely defined amount of glue with an accuracy of ± 5 g / m2, regardless of the change in the adhesive viscosity and allowing to use of various types of one-component polyurethane adhesives in accordance with the required technological process.
All Gluestream machinery is equipped with a remote access module, providing the customer with 24/7 online internet support.
