Two-component 2C PUR (2-C PUR) adhesive automatic applying machine

Gluestream SPL-9 2C is designed for a precise application of two component PUR adhesive on the bonding substrates in the production of the different types of the sandwich panels. Gluestream SPL-9 2C consists of:

1. Adhesive applying portal installed on the work table;

2. Pump station with two  dosing gear-pumps of high accuracy, one pump for each component of PU adhesive system;

3. Work table, which can be equipped with a belt or roller conveyor;

4. Control cabinet.

Pump station is equipped with two high-precision adjustable dosing gear pumps for each component of adhesive system, which is controlled by the frequency converters.

Pump station is equipped with buffer tanks, allowing to finish the gluing process when the main tanks are empty. Level sensors, which are connected to the main control panel, send the alarm signals when adhesive feeding stops.

Adhesive applying head consists of a static mixer and adhesive applicator.

Adhesive components are mixed in the static mixer immediately before application.

All Gluestream machinery is equipped with a remote access module, providing the customer with 24/7 online internet support.
